Since 2020, Jesse has done more than refine an old tradition. Guided by an international palate, we fuse unique fermenting techniques from around the world to create the most interesting flavors and textures.
Jesse makes everything in small batches from our home base in Tennessee. To achieve optimal flavor, our products age from three weeks to four months, making every sauce worth your patience.
Jesse produces fresh produce from local farmers in Tennessee. Even our spices are fresh.
We want to give our customers delicious fermented hot sauces. Most of all, we want to expand people’s palates and prove that hot sauce don’t always have to hurt to be awesome.
