All Sales Final

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us immediately at jesse@ouchonder.com with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage or incorrect orders.
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
