Ginger Habanero Hot Sauce
Like all our fermented sauces, Ginger Habanero puts flavor first with a slow-building heat second. This sauce was created with Asian cuisine in mind, so the fermented ginger and vegetables are complemented by our blend of cinnamon, cloves, and other spices.

The fermentation process takes away that sharp raw pepper heat that is common in most hot sauces. Instead, the heat in our sauce comes on slowly and builds, so don't be surprised if you get four or five bites in and the sauce keeps getting hotter!
Fermentation is the preservation process that gives the peppers and vegetables a delicious tangy flavor. Once fermented, the sauces are naturally preserved, so we don't have to use a lot of vinegar. Instead, we use more of the brine that the peppers and vegetables fermented in, which enhances the flavor of the sauce.
